Scroll down and select the treatment/s you would like to book in for.

Fill in your details.

Pay the deposit to secure your booking.

Once you have booked, you will receive an email with Medical Questionnaires and Consent Forms as well as Before and Aftercare information for you to have a read through. 

Medical Questionnaire must be completed prior to your appointment so I can safely ensure you are suitable for the treatment/s you have booked.
